Andres strives to meet his client’s complex legal issues and exceed their expectations through strategies based on experience, a strong work ethic and tangible customer service. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and New Jersey, is Florida Supreme Court Certified County Mediator, and a member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association. His passion for public service, government, and international affairs is reflected in a rigorous academic curriculum for which he holds degrees from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and the London School of Economics in London, England.

At the start of his legal career, Andres was a paralegal for maritime attorney Stephen Hibbe in Miami, Florida where he licensed private yachts under the jurisdiction of the Bahamas and British Virgin Islands and prepared private yacht charters and registration papers in accordance with maritime law, often frequenting international waters. He also served as a Congressional Intern to former Florida Congressman Robert Wexler and later received the honor to serve as a White House Intern at the office of the United States Trade Representative, Office of Public and Media Affairs, Executive Office of the President where he acted as a liaison to journalists, foreign embassies, Congressional leadership, and other high-level government officials on official trade programs and trade treaties.
